Each floor is made to order—customized in species, grade, width, length, and finish. Whether you’re designing a minimalist penthouse or a layered heritage interior, Listone adapts to your vision.

The wood is thermally treated and kiln-dried, then finished with natural oils and UV-cured layers for durability. Every plank is tongue-and-groove milled to perfection, ensuring ease of installation and lasting performance—even over radiant heat or concrete.

Prices typically range from $20 to $40 per square foot, depending on specifications.

  • Solid wood is typically nailed, or nailed and glued, to a plywood subfloor.
  • ​Engineered wood is typically glued down to concrete or plywood subfloors, with or without an underlayment such a sound abating mat or a moisture barrier, depending on site conditions/requirements. 
  • Engineered floors are also usually the best choice for gluing down over radiant heat installations.
  • In either format, when planks are particularly wide, gluing and nailing is always good practice if possible.
