Herringbone

Herringbone is not a trend. It’s a principle—of balance, proportion, and timeless design. At New York City Wood Floors, we’ve taken this classic pattern and elevated it with global materials, precise milling, and made-to-order customization.

Every floor in our Herringbone Collection is built to suit your project. Choose from a wide range of dimensions, species from around the world, and both solid and engineered construction. We offer unfinished planks for site-specific finishing or prefinished options for streamlined installation.

Engineered formats are ideal for modern construction—allowing seamless installation over radiant heat and concrete. Solid formats bring the weight and depth of tradition, with the quality you expect from a specialist.

This is craftsmanship that doesn’t call attention to itself—but rewards those who look closely.

Pricing starts around $18-$38 per square foot and varies depending on species, construction, and customization.
